Pueblos of California.
A non-profit organization that is working to break down the barriers to mental health access. We provide resources and support for families in Southern California.
Our Approach
Here at Pueblos of California we use a holistic, community-centered approach. We recognize that mental health cannot be addressed without first meeting essential needs like food, clothing, and stability. We work as a bridge between families and resources by partnering with schools, service-based organizations, and local groups to identify needs early and provide direct support alongside access to care. By combining basic needs assistance, education, and community collaboration, Pueblos of California removes barriers and empowers individuals and families to achieve long-term well-being.
Real help. Real care. Right when it matters.

Our Work
The work we do at Pueblos of California aims to meet the immediate needs of youth & families, removes barriers to well-being, and mobilizes community partnerships to create lasting stability for families.
Direct Community Support & Resource Distribution
We deliver immediate, tangible aid to families through large-scale community events and targeted distributions, providing essentials such as food, baby supplies, clothing, and household items to meet urgent needs. These efforts are designed to stabilize families and ensure no one is forced to choose between survival and well-being.
Barrier Reduction Through Holistic Care
We approach our work through a public health and mental health lens, intentionally addressing the root barriers—like insufficient resources and lack of access—that prevent individuals from prioritizing mental wellness. By aligning basic needs support with mental health awareness, they create conditions where families can begin to thrive both physically and emotionally.
Collaborative, Community-Driven Partnerships
We amplify our impact by partnering with schools, organizations, and local businesses to identify needs, reach underserved populations, and co-host events. These collaborations allow them to both intervene in times of crisis and proactively prevent future hardship, reinforcing a sustainable, community-centered support system.
